Ruben was brought into the care of the Feilding SPCA due to
his families changing circumstances. He is a really nice dog and all the staff had a soft spot for him. We were all so pleased we managed to find him such a loving home.
 

Hi there!

Just thought I'd drop you a line to let you know how Piko (AKA Ruben) is
doing!

He is such a wonderful dog, we love him to bits, in fact my partner
often accuses me of loving the dog more than him! (but he's so darn cuddly its hard not to!).

He's gotten lots bigger, and fluffier since he came home with us in august,
in fact I'm beginning to think we should put him on a diet - especially
when we went out walking during Halloween and a little boy trick or treating
kept yelling "look at that fat dog daddy."!

He loves his daily walks and will wait by the front gate for us to come home from work, I swears he knows the sound of the car as he comes running before we even turn up the drive. But I can confidently say he loves getting cuddles most of all and will happily sit on my lap all night.

Thank you all very much for taking such good care of him during his stay with you, i can't even remember what life was like before him, he's so much a part of our lives now!
