Muppet

Hi guys,

Hope all is going well over in Feilding.

Just thought you might want a bit of an update on that mischievous little kitten Meghan - now named Muppet. There are some photos attached too (don't ask me why she finds the sink so comfortable).

Muppet is absolutely awesome, and not a day goes by where I am not really thankful that we adopted her. She is a total riot, and so naughty it's almost unbelievable; but she is too cute that she manages to get away with nearly everything.

My husband once left a frozen pizza on the bench overnight, to defrost; in the morning we found some of the plastic cover missing, and part of the pizza had been nibbled on.... Our other cat doesn't like human food, so this narrowed the list down.

Needless to say all food defrosts overnight in the microwave now!

Our 22 month old Samoyed, Bear, just loves Muppet and the two of them get along great. We have a piece of string that we use to play with Muppet and Bear watch us playing. Then one day I caught Bear with the string in her mouth, running it along the ground with Muppet chasing it hard out!! They both love this game, and if there's nothing better to do they are often in the lounge playing like this.

Muppet will steal anything that she can get her paws on too. If any food scraps (even carrot peelings) are left on the bench, she will go up and bring them back onto the floor to either eat or play with. Unfortunately for her, Bear usually clicks onto what she's up to and steals them from her. However Muppet is undeterred and just goes back up for more.
I have come home on countless occasions and found all manner of things on the floor - receipts, placemats, remote controls, nail files, a tea bag, leaves brought in through the catflap - just to name a few!

I could just go on and on about the little adventures Muppet gets up to, but I think you get the picture.

She seems really happy at home with us and I am so grateful for the care you gave her before we adopted her.

Thanks guys.

Regards,
Kathryn and Muppet
