Maddie came into our care because her owners were doing a lot of traveling and their lifestyle was no longer suitable for her. Maddie was a very lucky girl as she found a home within a few weeks of being with us and as you can read in the letter below has settled in very well.

 

Hi there 

In December 2006 my husband and I adopted a lovely Kelpie dog called Maddie.  She has fitted in with our other animals (4 cats and our other dog called Honey) and although there are times where she still thinks she can bully the other animals, she’s slowly being put in her place.

We have attached some photo’s of her making herself at home.  Thank you very much – the whole family is enjoying her although we are still trying to work out how we can take her any where in the car without her barking her head off.
